Mr. “Thanks for your business” Potterfield asked me to review this stock, so here goes. During the Winter months I turned a 10-22 into a nice target rifle. Extended mag release, stainless bull barrel, all the goodies. The reason I chose this stock, is because it looks great. Practical aspect, the nice notch in the butt for your opposing hand to tuck into and snugly into your shoulder. It’s really stable when on a bag or a bipod. I put a Harris pod on it and last time at the range I managed a three quarter inch group at 50 yards. It’s rugged, fit the .92 inch barrel perfectly and is nice to shoot.

Received this item on 03/11/11 and within an hour it was on its way back to MidwayUSA for a refund. There were tool marks, loose material and an area on the left side of the stock that appeared to have been damaged, patched and painted over. And to top it off, my barrel would not fit down all of the way into the stock. I found the overall quality & workmanship of this highly touted rifle stock to be sloppy at best.
