For anyone looking at buying this stock, all of the comments before 2015 was with their old version. All the bad reviews are now irrelevant since they have worked out the kinks. The new improved mod stock is made completely by Vltor and the composite part of the stock is made of a carbon composite and is light weight and has been rock solid. My wife bought me this stock and the CASV-14 rail for Christmas and I love it!
There is nothing on this stock that feels cheap and I am finally able to put a scope on my M1A and have a great cheek weld.
I chose this stock over the Sage EBR stock because it is about 2 pounds lighter even after you add the CASV-14 rail and you will have almost all the same perks of the Sage.
Simply put this is a quality product and it looks awesome!!!
