What to say about this beautiful beast? When I opened the box my heart started pounding. Touching this gun was better than prom night. The fit snd finish are fantastic. The brass furniture is great and the wood has a nice grain pattern. But the best part was the shooting. The smoke, the noise, the smell!!! The functioning was great and with a light load of thirty grains of pyrodex it had almost no recoils and was a joy.

It is a well made pistol and I have not had any problems with it mechanically. The only problem is the trigger pull. The pistol was purchased for 4-H shooting sports and the trigger is so heavy on pull that they can’t shoot accurately. I will need to take it to a gunsmith to have it lightened.
