Midway notified me these were back in stock, so I ordered 1 and it arrived two days before my birthday. I am well pleased. Fit and finish are good, metal to wood fitting is good, the rifling in the bore is good, the hammer strike on the nipple is centered. Overall, I rate it 5 stars. Only thing I think I will change is the wood color. I will make it a little darker, and battle worn. Pedersoli did their homework on this rifle. It is almost all correct. Buy one, if you can find one, and you will love it.
