This Wilson Combat python sights Battlesight Rear Sight of hardened chromoly steel has an improved sight picture, reliable adjustments and a superior fit in your revolver’s frame. This heavy duty sight can make a great gun even better and allows for easy adjustment in the field. These sights have generous elevation and windage adjustment and are easy to install. The rear blade has radiused edges and is partially serrated to reduce glare and is a perfect match for the factory front sight.
Note: This sight will ONLY fit new production Colt 2020 Python, Anaconda, and King Cobra Target models and will not fit any other older model handguns

I was so excited when I got my new 2020 Colt Python but quickly became disappointed with the rear sight. The use of a set screw by Colt to lock down the windage adjustment is just poor design, in my opinion. My sights drifted as the screw invariably came loose after a few trips to the range. I finally stripped the darn thing trying to tighten it down. The Wilson Combat rear sight was a great solution. It was simple to install and greatly improved the overall sight picture, which improved my accuracy. The elevation and windage adjustments are both “clickable”, (like S&W sights). I also bought the Wilson Combat green fiber-optic front sight and like it as well. However, the rear sight will work just fine with the Colt factory front sight. In any case, this rear sight is a vast improvement.
