This is the best stock system available. Its a proven fact that the A2 rifle stock system is the most reliable system there is, but the main issue it has is LOP (length of pull). The rifle stock is a long stock that doesnt fit everyone, and the issue is always been a trade off, you can get a carbine system for adjustable LOP or a rifle system that is more reliable but has a long LOP that not everyone can use.This system fixes that, what it does is simple. It offers A2 system reliability in a carbine package, and it does this through a very interesting design. VLTOR took the spacer off the standard rifle buffer, then took the length of the spacer off the RE(receiver extension) and added a special weighted buffer. The end results are a stock system that offers the same and longer LOP than the carbine system but the reliabilty of the A2 system by offering the same length of buffer travel, a special buffer, and the standard A2 spring.
