The .357 lever is a very popular rifle and everyone loves them but if you ever dial in the .357 bolt action with a decent scope and cartridge recipe you will be glad to have it. The lever is quicker but the bolt can drive that beautiful magnum .357 a good bit harder and straighter. However, it prefers slow burning powders over store bought .357, which mean this typically becomes the reloaders’ rifle of choice. You want this for the hunt when you need 100-200yd ability.
