I bought this for my Remington 870 that I am setting up for Home Defense. I wanted the shell holder and the rail is nice to mount lights and a sight system. I have an Eotech XPS2 on it and a Surefire Scout. Everything fits like a glove. The rail looks really BAD A^*! Makes an awesome look to the gun! Very solid and light weight piece as well. It was made with precision. The bolts they provided made it easy to install and gave a tight solid fit. The only negative comment I have is that it scratched my gun a little when I slid it on to install it. They did mention this a little in the directions but I wish they made it a little more clear or put something soft there so it would not have done that. This could have been avoided with a little more preparation on my part but I was just so anxious to get this bad boy on my gun. All in all this is a little pricey but a great product and I am happy with it. Thanks Mesa Tactical and thanks to Midway USA!
