I purchased because to me it stood out from the Magpul Hunter stock. Overall concept had me excited, but it left me disappointed. After installing the action, it took very minimal effort to grab the end of the barrel and move the whole barrel and receiver side to side. I knew from the pictures before ordering that this was two pieces of polymer bolted together. I don’t know if it for that reason the chassis allows this flex or not, but for me its unacceptable. It either needs to be one solid piece of polymer, or a different material.
Secondly, the mlok slots weren’t well placed. There is plenty of space to add slots at the 3 & 9 o’clock positions and yet they only have them on the bottom and 1 & 11 o’clock positions.

Ultimately I’m happy with the stock and would recommend it to someone that may want an alternative to the Magpul. Yes, the forend flexes, but I’ve I’ve pushed and pulled it all over and it has zero effect on accuracy. The LOP is adjusted by replacing the small black aluminum spacer at the bottom of the grip area, not by spacers at the back. Not a big deal, but didn’t see it mentioned. You can also get a folding stock adapter to put in there if that’s your jam. The left side of the receiver inlet is higher than the right, so a left side ejecting receiver would have issues. However, a left side charger from tactical innovations fits fine, as does a right handed Valquartsen summit action. The forend channel is plenty wide with probably 3/4″ clearance all around on a standard bull barrel. It has a nice profile and is flat on the bottom for benchrest. I’m not sure why the stock has the clamshell area at the rear. A standard magazine will find t in there, but would rattle around, and opening requires prying a si…
