Wanted a “73” since I was a little kid ! Finally purchased a ’73 carbine in 45 Colt this past summer. Beautiful carbine ! Metal work is perfect. Wood is a little “proud” but it’s really not an issue. And it says “Winchester” ! Choose the 45 Colt caliber because my SSAs are in that caliber. I hand-load most of my ammo so it’s affordable to shoot. Slim, beautiful and a joy to shoot.
