If you want this type of revolver it will boil down to this Smith and Wesson and the Taurus version. I was leaning towards the Taurus because it had a longer barrel and would handle 3″ .410 shells, UNTIL I read the reviews on the web. Taurus is based in San Paulo Brazil and the revolver is prone to breakage issues. Smith and Wesson is based in Springfield MA and any breakage issues can be rectified and corrected easier and faster.

Purchased “New,” definitely used. Had wear marks all over it, the trigger and cylinder especially. The front of the barrel has a small chip in it. From front to back, I could tell it was lightly used, but regardless, the gun was not new.
