still breaking in this is my 4th savage 6.5 first semi very solid

Have been having some issues with the MSR 10 LR. I’ve been calling Savage Arms and it seems their customer service is non-existent. Calling during normal business hours and all I get is the main recording saying to call back during….normal business hours. I’ve read other reports about this gun with the same issues I’m having and reports of the same bad customer service.
I’m not getting bad customer service. I’m getting NO customer service! Even after several days of calling. Did they all go on vacation.. at the same time?
Hate to return the gun because I know the issue can be resolved but, I may have no option.
