Without a doubt, this is the best reamer I have seen. Cutter is ground from solid carbide and brazed to steel shank. I did my 1st one on a lathe at slow speed (45 RPM) You can not hold barrel by hand to ream. It takes a lot of force. I have been told that you can use a hand drill if it has enough torque but you need to securely clamp the barrel. Use cutting oil. Reamer leaves an excellent finish. You should probably take about 6 passes to keep the chips from clogging the reamer. The pilot on it works very well and is probably responsible for keeping it concentric to the chamber and bore.
