Fit and finish are exceptional. Action locks up tightly and it’s well timed. Beautiful deep blue coloring. Stocks fit well, but are really small in my large hands. Loaded it with 9 grains of FFFg Hodgen Triple 7 and a 0.311 round ball cast from SOWW. This size shot is just about right for the revolver as the cylinders trim off a nice, thin ring of lead when seated over the powder. All I had were #11 percussion caps, but they seemed to fit the nipples well without falling off when pressed in place. When fired, there was hardly any recoil from the load. The shots grouped about 4″ at 15 yrds., albeit not anywhere close to my POA. It shot about 2′ higher from there, telling me I’d need a much taller front sight for precision shooting with the sights. But, it is a small, vest pocket pistol intended for close in defensive deployment. With ballistics similar to a 22 rimfire, I doubt it would kill anyone, but back in the day it would be deadly as one would surely succumb to the resulting septicemia. I’ve read on …

IT SHOOTS HIGH. Very high. It will shoot just as high with the cartridge conversion. It’s a good little pack gun though. Cut a brass washer in half and solder it to the front sight. That might help.
