This is a high quality tool that is an excellent design and very well made. Be sure before you order one up to look at its capacity though. This is a SMALL vise, its best used for precision work on small parts. The only negative thing about this product is that it has smooth steel jaws with no provision for a non-marring insert.

The vice works properly but the instructions stated that 4 base installation screws were included. They were not, but the box was opened and this could be a Midway problem and not a Foster problem.
