This is my second CVA 35 whelen Scout 2, I bought this one for one of my brothers to use during La.,s primitive arms season. I had been looking for three months and Midway came thru with one. This rifle, like my other one, is absolutely top quaility in build and accuracy. I am shooting 200 gr. Hornady Superformance ammo at 2910 fps. advertised velocity. I do not know of anything you can hunt in North America that this will not stop in a very humane way.
