3 months into owning this rifle and I can say it’s been great, and I love it. It can handle any +P ammo I’ve thrown into its chamber (for now). But I wanted to leave another review to state something important I’ve found about Uberti. You need to clean your Uberti (anything by Uberti) with Hot and Soapy water to remove bluing salts from the surface, otherwise it can produce surface rusts and pitting very quickly. Even if you use a rust preventative like hoppe’s or Birchwood, etc. I’ve found this out the hard way. If this happens to you then you need to use 4 ought (#0000) grade steel wool to remove surface rust without damaging any remaining bluing from underneath.
In the attached photos i’ve provided, you can see an example of pitting near the barrel etching, and an example of surface rust on the buttplate.
