I use the new A5 for upland bird hunting. Unlike what some people say, one can get 5 shots off at a single flying away pheasant. Sometimes that fifth shot connects. It is way lighter to carry than the old A5. I like the way the back of the action comes up when I raise the gun to fire. The gun is just as much fun on the skeet range as in the field. It is reliable as long as a few tight spots in the action are kept clean and lubricated. I recommend the gun for use by anyone who wants an extra shot to be available in 12 gauge and is tired of lugging a heavy O/U over the prairie.
