I would not order one of these without taking a look first in person. I went to my LGS and looked at 2; one was quite nice and the other had major machine marks on the inside of the slide. The nicer one still was not perfect, and has spots of poor finishing on the hammer and bottom of the slide. The pistol comes with 3 mags, but 2 of the included ones had black base plates. A slip included by Beretta says they cannot source enough tan mags. ALSO, far as I can tell, RDO plates are not available, and nothing included in the packaging talks about one complimentary one like the 92X does.
Now, the good! The pistol overall is very nice. It comes in a neat ammo can case and came with 3 total mags. The finish OVERALL was good and even, and the tan coating looks sweet. The action is smooth and the trigger is quite nice in DA and SA. The grip is just the right level of aggressive, and the slide serrations are easy to grab. It comes equipped as a decocker only slide lever, which I prefer over the regular 92 safet…
