We will consider returns, replacements, or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Damaged during shipping — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video and original packaging retained.
  • Incorrect item shipped — notify us within 48 hours; do not open or use the item.
  • Defective on arrival — documented with photos/videos and a full description within 48 hours.

4. Refunds

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Typical processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • Before shipment: Orders may be canceled if not yet processed or shipped.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped due to hazardous goods regulations.

8. Ammunition Purchase Regulations

Due to strict federal and state laws, ammunition purchases are final once shipped. Customers must ensure that:

  • No local restrictions prevent delivery of selected ammunition types.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Contact the carrier to open an investigation.
  3. Send us the carrier case number for documentation.

Note: Gateway Ammo is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

10. Product Warranty Claims

  • Gateway Ammo does not handle manufacturer warranty repairs or replacements.

11. Incorrect Customer Information

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unverified identification (if required for certain items) may incur restocking or reshipping fees. Customers are responsible for ensuring all information is correct before placing an order.

12. Restocking Fees

Applicable only on eligible returnable items, not ammunition:

  • Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply depending on product type.
  • Restocking fees cover inspection, packaging, and processing costs.

All ammunition shipments require an adult signature at delivery. Carriers may also request government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide a signature or valid ID can result in failed delivery and may void eligibility for a refund.
