It provides similar performance to that of premium self-defense loads at surplus ammunition price. The bonded hollow point bullet features Winchester’s proprietary bonding process and reverse taper jacket for enhanced terminal performance. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in reloadable brass cases.
